1. Our Services
We provide mobile golf simulator hire for private, corporate, promotional, and hospitality events throughout the United Kingdom.
All services are provided subject to availability, suitability of the venue, and these Terms. Details of each booking, including duration, location, and equipment, are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Enquiries and Bookings
All bookings begin with an enquiry submitted via our Website or another agreed communication channel.
A booking is only considered confirmed once it has been accepted by us in writing. The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
- The event space is suitable for a golf simulator setup
- Adequate space, access, and power are available
- The venue permits the operation of the equipment
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
3. Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel a booking, you must notify us as soon as possible.
As bookings are event-based and involve equipment, staffing, and logistics planning, cancellations or late changes may result in charges or loss of any amounts already paid. Any such terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Where we are required to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund.
4. Outdoor Events and Weather
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
If, in our reasonable judgement, weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to operate the golf simulator, the service may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. We will always aim to act fairly and reasonably when dealing with weather-related issues, taking into account safety, setup requirements, and event timing.
5. Safety and Behaviour
All participants must follow any instructions or guidance provided by our staff during setup and operation of the golf simulator.
Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the service being paused or terminated. In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided.
6. Participation and Risk
Golf simulator use involves physical activity. Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the behaviour of your guests during the event.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mobile Golf Sim Experience will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, business disruption, or reputational impact arising from use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Setup and Breakdown Assistance
To ensure efficient and safe operation, we may request brief assistance from a designated representative of the client, venue, or event organiser during setup and breakdown.
This assistance will be minimal, fully explained, and focused on simple tasks.
9. Noise and Environment
Use of a golf simulator involves impact sounds from golf balls striking the screen. Some level of noise is unavoidable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue and environment are suitable for this type of activity and comply with any applicable noise restrictions.
10. Image Quality and Lighting
Image quality may be affected by lighting conditions at the event location. While we take reasonable steps to optimise performance, we cannot guarantee consistent visual results in all environments.
11. Technical Reliability
We take reasonable care to maintain and operate our equipment to a high standard. However, as with any technical system, faults or interruptions may occasionally occur.
We are not responsible for indirect losses or inconvenience caused by technical issues, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems where possible.
12. Internet Connectivity
Some features of our service rely on internet connectivity. While we may provide a mobile connection where required, we cannot guarantee speed, reliability, or availability.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by connectivity issues beyond our control.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, imagery, and materials on our Website and associated with our services remain the intellectual property of The Mobile Golf Sim Experience and may not be used without prior written permission.
14. Photography and Video
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional or marketing purposes.
If you have concerns or would like to request removal of specific content, please contact us and we will review the request.
